Highly recommend this place! It's super cozy and absolutely stunning, with really comfortable rooms. the location is great for exploring the nearby hiking trails. the staff and the host are both incredibly friendly and welcoming 😊.

Property was incredibly beautiful and relaxing, we truly enjoyed this place.
Welcoming staff and favourable location the next's hike, everything was great. The room was clean and had shared bathroom plus a microwave, a refrigerator, and a cooktop.

our room was big and had 2 futon mats. having a hairdryer, bath sheets, and slippers was a bonus. the staff was fairly friendly and amicable, solved all problems we had. the setting was quite particularly good and absolutely perfect within easy reach of oyunohara shinto shrines.
Tbh, rooms were dark.

exceptionally comfortable place with free parking, so don't hesitate to come here by car. the twin room overlooks street and includes a stove and a stove. the staff has always been fairly friendly.

We were initially assigned a dark, noisy room downstairs, but after requesting a change, we moved to a lovely room with a great view. The hill climb to the location was a bit tiring, but the morning view made it worthwhile. I'll recommend this hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and amiable. the check-in was easy. - the atmosphere was QUIET overall. - Parking was on site. The Guesthouse Yui in Hongu is situated conveniently close to the shrine, a bus stop, and a restaurant. the staff here are very friendly and always ready to assist you. Checking in is a breeze, and the atmosphere is calming and peaceful throughout. Additionally, there is convenient on-site parking available.

The location was ideal for my needs - close to the Kumano Kodo hiking trail and the Kumano Nachi Taisha. the terrace provided a breathtaking view of the night sky, perfect for stargazing. It was also great to have some snacks and instant noodles available in the kitchen when the restaurants in the area were closed. the host was extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips on which places would be open for dining.
The common area had insect spray available, which saved the day. It would have been difficult to sleep comfortably without it.

We loved the stunning view of the old Hongu Taisha entrance from our room with a balcony. The big kitchen and dining/living room were perfect for our young families. The staff provided insider tips and the option to buy food at cheaper prices than the nearby supermarket.
Felt very much at home, no complaints at all.
